We would love to read your brief testimonial about your worship experience at CBCCS. If you are a member or you're a guest, please send us your testimonials via email to Angela Burruss at services@webfeetcommunications.com We may feature it on our home page.
Every weekend I work with an amazing NICU Team as a nurse. We stand together on the front line ready to support the emotional and physical challenges of the tiniest patients and their families. The love, respect, and courage that I receive from my church family enable me to demonstrate the same at work and home. I love my Central family!" Minister Karena Dobbs
Twenty-six years ago, during my first visit to CBCCS, I was greeted warmly and immediately felt at home. Family is very important to me, and I truly love the warmth and caring my CBCCS family demonstrates constantly. I've been an active member for 25 years, and my family and I have been truly blessed by the anointed preaching and teaching. Deacon Carl Linton
I've been a member of CBCCS my entire life, and I've always felt cared for at this church. The members are very supportive and encourage me. With much prayer from my CBCCS family and hard work, I accomplished my career goal--graduated from VA Union University with a BS in Criminal Justice. I'm currently employed as a police officer with the Metro Transit Police Dept. To God be the glory for blessing me. Kendrick Anderson
In 2014, I was told by my doctors that I had multiple aneurysms and needed immediate brain surgery. After Pastor Burruss announced my condition to the church, they began to pray for me. Today, I am healed because of the grace of God and the fervent prayers. CBCCS is a loving and supportive church. Brenda Clark-Gales.
I've been a member at Central Baptist Church for 41 years. Central has been supportive to me and my family--thank you! On April 9 2016, I was crowned Queen at the Golden Light Seniors Ministry Prom. What a BIG SURPRISE!! To God be the glory!! My favorite song--Without God I Can Do Nothing.” Mary L. Raspberry
For 34 years, the spiritual growth, love, and support I experienced at CBCCS has been phenomenal. CBCCS has supported me through many of my life’s milestones to include marriage, childbirth, childrearing, and retirement! Anointed biblical preaching and teaching, godly women, and strong ministries helped me grow into a God-fearing woman. Deaconess Elaine Hendking
